Premium Boys' PG
A place worth coming back to
North Campus has never been short of rooms. It has been short of rooms worth coming back to.
Most PGs solve for a bed. Naviraa Living was built around the eleven months that surround it — meals you don't have to plan, a desk that is genuinely yours, a corridor that feels safe at two in the morning, and a room you don't have to apologise for when your parents visit.\n\nWe are a boys' PG in Malkaganj, minutes from Hansraj and the rest of North Campus. Twin sharing only, deliberately — enough company that you're not alone, enough space that you can actually work.

Grace
Care in how a place is kept. Rooms cleaned daily, laundry and ironing done for you, maintenance handled before it becomes your problem. The details you stop noticing are the ones that were done right.

Comfort
Air-conditioned rooms with new furniture, hot water, high-speed WiFi, a gym and a table-tennis table for the hours that aren't for studying. Four freshly prepared meals a day, from our own kitchen rather than a contractor's.

Belonging
A student community rather than a corridor of strangers. Your parents stay free when they visit, subject to availability, because a place that welcomes them is a place you can be honest about.

The kitchen came first
Food is the thing most PGs get wrong, so we refused to outsource it. Our in-house kitchen cooks four meals a day for residents — and it grew into Naviraa Foods, our tiffin service for students living elsewhere in North Campus. If you have eaten a Naviraa tiffin, you already know what our residents eat every day.

Come and see it
No appointment window, no curfew, no fine print at the door. Visit any time — we would rather you saw the place than read about it.

The same kitchen behind four daily resident meals also serves students across North Campus.
